Peri on a Plate (P.O.P
You want your energy back.
Your focus.
Your brain.
Your you-ness.
This is the nutrition support programme that understands what perimenopause is doing to your body and helps you do something about it.

Feeling like yourself again isn’t a mystery. It’s a method
P.O.P is three months of 1 to 1 personalised nutrition support that actually helps you feel like yourself again. Your brain showing up when you need it, your energy lasting longer than your coffee, and your days feeling a whole lot easier.
Spots are limited, and they go fast.
If you're done waiting to feel better and ready to actually make it happen, you're in the right place.
Ready to stop guessing and feel like yourself again?
You’re juggling a full-time job, family life, and symptoms no one warned you about.
One minute you’re mid-sentence in a meeting and the words just...... disappear.
At 3 a.m. you’re wide awake, and by 3 p.m. you’re exhausted.
A quick Tesco run leaves you overheating and dizzy, wondering if it’s stress, your jumper, or your hormones.
The “being good” fixes haven’t helped — the magnesium, the collagen, the protein bar with your flat white.
Brain fog still wipes you out before lunch, your favourite trousers still pinch by dinner, and your patience still snaps before the school run’s done.
And the longer it drags on, the harder it is to tell what’s hormones, what’s stress, and what’s just your body waving a red flag.
You don’t want another restrictive plan or a monk’s morning routine.
You want your brain back. Your spark back. To feel like yourself again without wasting years guessing.

Peri on a Plate is where we stop the guesswork and create an approach that actually works for your body and your life.
What Clients Say....
"Before working with Wilma, I was constantly tired, overwhelmed, and coming in last on my own list. I was running a business, parenting, and trying to keep everything afloat, but I barely had time to feed myself, let alone feel like a whole person. I was losing patience with my partner, resentful, and stuck in a cycle of exhaustion.
Wilma helped me find my way back. I’m eating meals that fuel me (instead of snacking my way through the day), sleeping better, and have more energy for everything, work, family, friends, myself. For the first time in years, I feel like me. Not just a caretaker or a to-do list, but a person who actually gets to enjoy her own life."
DG, Business Owner, 41
"Before working with Wilma, I felt like I was failing my kids and myself.
I was drowning in exhaustion, totally overwhelmed, and desperate for change, but terrified of falling back into diet culture. I knew what I didn’t want. I just didn’t know what would actually help.
This wasn’t a “fix it all overnight” programme. It was better. Wilma helped me tune into my body, trust what it needs, and take steps that feel doable and meaningful. I’m not chasing a perfect routine, I’m finally listening in. And it turns out, when you stop fighting your body and start working with it, everything gets easier."
KB, Director, 42
"Before working with Wilma, I was overwhelmed and running on empty.
I was trying to do it all, parent, work, run a household, but I barely had the energy to feed myself. I felt like I was disappearing in my own life and my relationship was starting to suffer.
Working with Wilma gave me permission to take up space again. I sleep more, eat better, and make time for myself without the guilt. I’m happier, more energised, and finally feeling like myself again."
AH, Director, 42
"Before working with Wilma, I looked like I had it all together, but I didn’t feel that way. I was juggling a busy life, constantly saying yes, but feeling low, flat, and disconnected from myself. I was tired of putting myself last.
Working with Wilma shifted everything. I fuel myself properly, value my time, and actually enjoy my days again. My mood’s lifted, I’ve made changes in my work and family life, and I feel more like me than I have in years."
KD, Teacher, 38
Does this sound familiar.......
You’ve tried to “eat better,” but everything either feels unsustainable, unrealistic, or leaves you hangry by 4pm.
You keep buying the supplements, the protein powders, the teas, but the only thing getting lighter is your wallet.
You’re stuck between knowing something needs to shift and having no clue where to start that doesn’t require a whole life overhaul.
You’re Googling symptoms at 2am, then blaming your memory or motivation for what’s actually biological.
You’re on HRT (or thinking about it), but you know it’s not the full picture and you don’t have time to piece it all together yourself.
And the thing is
You’re still performing in meetings. Still delivering on deadlines. Still “on” for your team.
Then you go home and do the second shift - parenting, keeping the house running, remembering everyone’s birthday.
But under all that, you’re tired. Foggy. Snapping at people you love and forgetting what you were saying mid-sentence.

How things start to shift:
You’ll know what to eat (and when) so you can get through the day remembering names, finishing sentences in meetings, and still having the energy to read a book, watch Netflix, or actually enjoy your evening instead of crashing on the sofa.
We'll clear the supplement chaos — no more half-used tubs collecting dust — and finally know which two or three are worth taking because they actually make a difference.
The random, weird symptoms — burning mouth, racing heart, dizzy spells, itchy ears — will finally connect, because you’ll start spotting patterns in what you ate, how you slept, and what else was going on.
You’ll know exactly what to eat, and when, so your energy doesn’t tank by 3pm.
A plan that works with the 8am school run, the working lunch, the 6pm commute, so you’re not constantly choosing between your health and your schedule.
You’ll feel understood and you’ll have someone in your corner who knows what questions to ask, and how to turn the answers into action.
You’ll know exactly what to eat, and when, so your energy doesn’t tank by 3pm.
Walk into GP appointments knowing exactly what to say, which symptoms to highlight, and what to ask for instead of coming out wishing you hadn't been steamrolled.
You’ll know exactly what to eat, and when, so your energy doesn’t tank by 3pm.
Forget scrolling forums or Facebook Groups for strangers’ advice, you’ll have specific answers for your own body, your own symptoms, and your own day
Feel like yourself again. Not just existing, but showing up with the edge, the humour, and the bits that make you, you.
What makes this different: why Peri on a Plate is ridiculously right for you.....
Tailored nutrition, not templates.
Built around your meetings, your commute, your 3am wakeups, your “I forgot to defrost the chicken” panic........and the Haribo you ate in the car park because you couldn't wait till dinner
Designed by someone living it
I’m not shouting from the sidelines, I’m working, parenting, and navigating perimenopause right alongside you.
No one size fits anyone
You won’t get the same plan as Susan from Accounts. You’ll get one built for your body, your brain, and your life.

Feel like yourself again

Hi, I’m Wilma, nutritional therapist, parent, and business owner smack in the middle of perimenopause myself.
I created Peri on a Plate because I was tired of watching brilliant, hilarious, get-sh*t-done women hold it together on the outside while quietly unravelling underneath.
Before this, I spent over a decade in high-pressure industries where powering through exhaustion, brain fog, and bloating was basically part of the job description.
This isn’t about perfection or meal plans that only work if you’ve got a private chef and zero responsibilities (although both would be lovely). It’s about getting you back in sync with your body, your energy, and the version of you who hasn’t gone anywhere, she’s just been stuck under the weight of everyone else’s needs.
And honestly, she’s overdue a comeback.
What if feeling good wasn’t some rare, magical event but just... how things worked? Here’s what that actually feels like.
Your brain actually works; it’s sharp, clear, and finally keeping up. No more rereading the same email five times or losing track of what you were saying mid-sentence. Meetings? You contribute instead of just hoping no one asks you a question.
You still have energy at the end of the day. Even after work, you have enough left to cook, move, or (brace yourself) actually enjoy plans instead of cancelling them in favour of face planting the sofa.
Your body makes sense again. No more guessing games, you understand what it needs, what helps, and what makes you feel good, instead of wondering if today’s mystery symptom means you’re dying or just dehydrated.
You enjoy food without the bloating, discomfort, or sudden need to lie down. You can eat like a normal person, wear actual trousers with a waistband, and carry on with your day without needing a nap or an emergency change into pyjamas.
You wake up feeling rested, not like you spent the night in a tangle of sheets, bad dreams, and rogue toddler limbs. Sleep is deep, uninterrupted, and restorative - finally.
Feeling like yourself again starts here
So you can finally say goodbye to:
+ the constant exhaustion that makes you question if this is just "your life now"
+ the brain fog that has you forgetting why you walked into a room (again)
+ the mood swings that make you feel like a stranger in your own body
+ the mounting anxiety that something is "wrong" but your doctor says your blood tests are "fine"
This is your 3-month personalised roadmap to reclaiming your brain, your body, and the brilliant version of yourself that perimenopause tried to bury under a pile of symptoms and self-doubt.

"Wilma is the best cheerleader you will ever find. She listens and is so quick to be able to pinpoint issues and provide support. She made me feel confident and having her to be accountable to really helped me through the process. She’s straight talking and kind and left me with a mini Wilma voice encouraging me to take no nonsense and be compassionate to myself.
Wilma is nothing short of a legend in my opinion - if I could have a mini version of her in my handbag I would! She’s a cheerleader and fierce advocate for building you up."
"Working with Wilma was a real 'whole life' experience for me. She felt like a friend to whom I could talk openly and honestly, without judgement. She'd experienced my problems and so could easily relate and help me to put manageable steps in place that really made a big difference.
She is like a breath of fresh air and totally lifted the weight off my shoulders that I felt had been weighing me down for such a long time. She is not judgemental, but will also tell you what you need to hear. She won't tell you to take all the nice bits out of your diet - instead, she'll help you to balance your plate so that you are getting everything you need, including the sweet stuff!"
"Working with Wilma was the lifeline I needed to pull myself out of the mire.
She was supportive, professional and informative and I felt she could completely relate to me and the precarious balancing of my children’s needs with my own.
I particularly thrived off her energy when I was feeling low and used that as a catalyst to keep moving forward.
I thoroughly recommend Wilma. It has been an invaluable learning experience for me."
"Wilma has a unique ability to empathise, validate but then move you on! Her energy and strength is contagious, leaving you feeling seen, heard and empowered. She is to the point, no bullshit - which opens up a space to very quickly be able to share honestly and trust her in return. Her vast knowledge and down to earth vibe made her the perfect person for me to work with."
I get it saying yes to this is a big decision
Let’s talk through it.
I hear you. Between work, family, and trying to have some kind of life, your plate is already full. But here’s the thing when you’re running on empty, everything takes longer. Even the simplest tasks feel like trying to stir cement with a spoon. Decision-making gets harder, your patience wears thin, and by the end of the day, you’ve got nothing left in the tank.
This isn’t one more thing to do. It’s what helps you get through everything else without feeling like you’re barely holding it together.
And do you really not have time, or is that you've said that so often you've convinced yourself you don't have time. You need to feed yourself anyway and the way I'm going to show you is all about simplifying nutrition.
I get it. You’ve got a lot on your plate, and the timing never feels quite right. But if waiting worked, wouldn’t things feel better by now?
You could keep:
-
Dragging yourself through another exhausting week, hoping a random multivitamin and wishful thinking will fix it.
-
Saying, “I just need to get through this busy period,” even though literally every period is busy.
-
Telling yourself you’ll “start Monday,” even though Mondays have betrayed you every single time.
Later isn’t a plan. It’s just more of the same.
-
Then it’s a good thing you’re not doing this alone. This isn’t about getting it “perfect”. It’s about finding what actually works for you and having me in your corner to help you tweak, adjust, and keep going when work deadlines pile up, sleep goes off track, or your routine gets derailed by, well… life. You don’t have to figure this out by yourself, I’ve got you.
HRT replaces hormones, but it doesn’t do everything. It won’t plan your meals, support your digestion, or manage stress; the things that determine how well your body actually uses those hormones. This makes sure you’re getting the full benefit, instead of just hoping HRT is enough on its own.
What’s exhaustion already costing you? That project you’re procrastinating on because your brain is operating at fax machine speed? The plans you keep bailing on because you’re too wiped to function? The relationships that suffer because you don’t have the energy to be present? This isn’t just about “feeling better.” It’s about actually getting your life back.
That’s exactly why this isn’t another all-or-nothing plan that falls apart by Wednesday. No rigid meal plans. No “eat less, move more” advice. Just small, smart changes that actually fit your life, plus the accountability and support to make sure you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Still scrolling?
You’ve made it to the bottom of the page without getting distracted, shutting your laptop because its all too much, or deciding now’s the perfect time to reorganise your spice rack.
That tells me you’re seriously thinking about this.
And maybe still wondering…
Is this really what I need?
Will it actually work for me?
Is now even the right time?
You don’t have to figure that all out today.
What you can do is book a free 20 minute call with me. I know it might feel intimidating and it might just change your life.
You can ask any and all questions about how we'll work together and I'll give you straight answers as to what to expect - what it'll really be like, how we'll work with your specific symptoms, and whether this is the right fit for where you're at right now.
Time to get off the fence, before it gives you any more splinters.
