Years in banking, finance, and Manhattan real estate taught me exactly how hard people push themselves at work and how quickly things unravel when the basics aren’t there.
I’ve lived the version of “fine” that looks okay from the outside but feels like you’re holding on by your fingertips. And I know how quickly confidence and capacity can take a hit when your body isn’t keeping pace with your job.
My training doesn’t try to fix people. It’s practical, realistic, and designed for people in demanding jobs who don’t have time for theory.
It gives them ways to get through the day without everything feeling harder than it should and helps workplaces keep the experience, talent and momentum they can’t afford to lose.
