I don’t help you ‘manage your symptoms.’
I help you feel like yourself again in the middle of work, life, school emails and ‘what’s for dinner?’ conversations..”

Hello, I'm Wilma
I’m here for the women who feel like strangers in their own bodies, the brain fog, the dizziness, the 3pm crash, the weird symptoms no one warned you about, and the sinking feeling that you’re losing pieces of yourself.
You’re not.
You need someone who can explain what’s actually happening and show you what helps, without turning figuring out what your body needs into a second full-time job.

Why I don't give you more rules
Before I even opened a nutrition textbook (yes, I’m that old), I lived, breathed, and survived the corporate life.
Double shot skinny latte with 2 sugars as breakfast, salad (dressing on the side) in a lunch meeting, back-to-back calls, meetings that should have been an email, inboxes that reproduce like rabbits.
And in that world, anything you try has to fit the life you’re actually living, because nothing sticks when the plan pretends your reality doesn’t exist.
So I know exactly why you don’t need more rules, you need support that actually works in the middle of all that.

I learned the hard way that what’s happening inside your body matters.
I also have Polycystic Kidney Disease, so ignoring what’s going on inside my body was never an option (well… it was, until my 30s, when my body made it painfully clear that denial was no longer an option).
It taught me fast that how you look and how you’re functioning can be two completely different stories and both matter.
It’s shaped how I work. I’m as invested (if not more) in what’s going on beneath the surface as I am in helping you feel like yourself on the outside.
Because those two things aren’t separate. They never have been.
What changes when you work with me
-
You stop walking into rooms and thinking, wait… why am I here?
-
Your brain shows up when you need it, not five minutes after the meeting ends (or in the shower!).
-
Your afternoons stop feeling like a slow slide into “I can’t keep my eyes open.”
-
You wake up without the 3am panic spiral or the fear that something is seriously wrong.
-
The dizziness, the skin burning, the bloating-for-no-reason, they finally have an explanation, instead of feeling random and impossible to pin down.
-
And you start recognising yourself again. The you who can think, focus, remember things, and get through your day without feeling like you’re losing pieces of yourself.
All without giving up carbs, coffee, your personality, or the life you’ve already built.

Testimonials...
“You challenged my perception of myself in a really positive way. You now spring into my mind a lot and I think "what would Wilma say" when I find I've gone hours without water or I've not carved out any time to myself over the course of a week. Interestingly, I never think "what would Wilma say" when I do order a takeaway or eat a pastry - it's not a sense of judgement/guilt but rather a voice that makes me want to value myself more and treat myself better.”

She is to the point, no bullshit - which opens up a space to very quickly be able to share honestly and trust her in return. Testimonials...
Wilma is the best cheerleader you will ever find. She listens and is so quick to be able to pinpoint issues and provide support. She made me feel confident and having her to be accountable to really helped me through the process. She’s straight talking and kind and left me with a mini Wilma voice encouraging me to take no nonsense and be compassionate to myself
