Because brain fog isn't just losing your train of thought.

It's losing trust in the brain that's got you where you are today.

LETS GET YOU TRUSTING YOUR BRAIN AGAIN.

Nobody warned you that perimenopause would involve becoming a one-woman clinical trial.

On Monday you start adding cottage cheese to everything.

By Wednesday you've ordered magnesium.

On Friday someone tells you creatine can help with brain fog.

Then collagen is suddenly everywhere, so you buy that too because every woman on Instagram seems to be stirring it into her coffee.

Your friend swears HRT changed her life.

Facebook says it's your gut.

A podcast tells you to lower cortisol.

Someone else says you're not eating enough.

So now you're changing six different things at once and wondering what's actually making a difference and what's just making expensive pee

You don't need another list of things to add to your life.

You need someone who's prepared to start crossing things off it

Unf*ck Your Brain Workbook

The bit that makes sure none of this stays stuck in your earphones. It walks you through what each episode means for you and shows you how to put it into practice in your kitchen, at the supermarket, on the days you can't remember a word of what you listened to on Tuesday's school run.

Making It Sticky (Bonus audio)

How to fit all of this into your actual life, so it becomes something you do, not just something you know about.

Wilma is wonderful! She is supportive and caring. There are no negatives, just positives, which help to make the recommended changes more doable. I can't praise Wilma enough for the amazing help she has given me.

Wilma is ace. Her easy-going but very knowledgeable style made her really approachable. I'm less depleted, eager to take care of myself and more present for my family.

After working with Wilma my life has 100% changed. I prioritise my sleep, I have a bed time routine. I eat proper meals now and actually sit at the table with my family instead of using that time to tidy or stick a wash on etc I prioritise myself. And although I learned so much from Wilma, this is the thing I will carry with me forever.

You don't need another viral supplement. You need the system I wish someone had handed me YEARS ago

Hey, I'm Wilma, and I'd rather help you remember what you walked into the room for than tell you to ditch oat milk

I'm a nutritional therapist, but probably not the one you're expecting.

If you're picturing green smoothies, expensive powders and someone telling you to swap chocolate for chickpeas, don't. (Although I do love chickpeas with chocolate.)

That's not how I work.

I've been doing this long enough to know that complicated doesn't work.

10 years of working with women in clinic, my own perimenopause experience, and 12 years in banking & finance have shown me the same thing over and over again: if it needs loads of time, loads of headspace and a perfect week, it won't last.

Here's what you'll never hear me say...

Never eat toast again.

Spend £300 on supplements.

Spend your Sunday meal-prepping for a week that never goes to plan.

Get up at 5am so you can squeeze in a 12-step morning routine before the school run.

Let's start with the things that are actually going to make the biggest difference.

I don't care if your lunch comes from a Tupperware box or a Tesco Meal Deal.

I care whether you can remember your train of thought in a meeting.

I don't care if your breakfast is organic.

I care whether your brain works on a Wednesday afternoon when you've got three back-to-back meetings and your small human forgot their PE kit.

What you will hear me say is...

Do it as soon as possible. Wilma will help you feel great without it feeling like a lot of work. You'll feel better than you ever imagined. Plus the changes are completely realistic and aren't separate from family food. I've gone from feeling shattered and pretty low 24/7 to feeling fantastic, having more time for my kids, heading to the gym 4/5 times a week and living life again. Plus my food bills are cheaper and I spend less time cooking. Working with Wilma was hands down the best thing that I've done for myself since becoming a parent and I'll forever be grateful to her.

Wilma really is a wingwoman and champion for all women. She helped me to remember who I am and taught me how to be that person again by nourishing my brain and body. She makes it feel like anything she suggests is possible. Because she really gets it. It was a real pleasure to work with Wilma, she's given me back my spark.

Wilma is nothing short of a legend in my opinion - if I could have a mini version of her in my handbag I would! She's a cheerleader and fierce advocate for building you up.

Wilma really shifted my mindset. Since working with her I feel a different person. I really engage with life and love it.

You asked, I answered

  • You can, and there's a good chance you already have. What you'll get is technically accurate, generically helpful, and built for nobody in particular. It won't know that perimenopause has changed how your body processes food, that your history with dieting matters, or that you need something that fits into a Tuesday that already has too much in it. That's the gap and that's what this fills.

  • That's honestly up to you.

Someone once said the pain of staying the same has to become greater than the pain of change and only you know where you are with that. What I can tell you is that Scared to Prepared is built to make the doing as easy as possible. It fits into your life, there’s no equations involved, and it doesn't require a personality transplant, a personal chef and no job.

But the action part, that's all yours.

  • No, and I'd rather be straight with you than promise something I can't deliver.

Not because food and lifestyle changes don't work, they absolutely do.

But I'm not in your fridge, I'm not at your desk, and I'm not doing your shopping.

What I can guarantee is that the information is solid, the approach is practical, and it's built for real life, not an ideal one.

  • Yes, actually especially yes. Working out what's peri, what's stress, and what's under-fuelling is one of the first things Scared to Prepared does. Not knowing where it's coming from is exactly the right place to start.

  • HRT is one part of the picture, and what you eat, how you sleep, and how you fuel your body across the day all work alongside whatever medical support you're already getting.

Most women on HRT still have symptoms that the food and lifestyle piece makes a real difference to.

One point to note, I don't give medical advice - HRT & medications are conversations with your GP or specialist

  • Yes. Scared to Prepared is built around perimenopause, but the food and lifestyle side, how you fuel your blood sugar, look after your gut, handle stress and sleep, matters just as much when menopause has come on suddenly through surgery. If anything it can land harder and faster after an operation, so having a clear place to start helps. The one thing I'd say is that surgical menopause usually means HRT and medical support are a bigger part of your picture, and those are conversations for your GP or specialist, not me. What this gives you is everything that works alongside that.

  • It's a podcast, listen on a walk, a commute, or while you're loading the dishwasher. The PDF lives on your phone. You don't need to carve out dedicated wellness time. You need earphones and ten minutes.

  • Because Scared to Prepared is built to fit into the life you have not the life you  think you want. It's built with your biology at its core and working with your body instead of against it. It's designed to make sure you follow through and get results

  • Almost certainly yes, because eating well and eating well for perimenopause are two different things and from my clinical experience eating well doesn’t always translate to eating enough. What worked at 35 doesn't land the same way now, and most women don't know that until someone explains why. That's exactly what this does.

  • No. But if you haven’t already downloaded the Perimenopause Tracker & Guide, start tracking your symptoms and see if you can spot any patterns. I’ll be showing you what to do with that data.

  • Scared to Prepared is £57. Join the waitlist and you'll get a code for £10 off, bringing it down to £47, plus the bonuses detailed above. The code is only good during launch week, so the waitlist is where the best deal is, get on it before doors open on 21 July.

  • Refunds aren't offered on Scared to Prepared. It's a digital product, so the moment you buy you get everything, all the episodes, the companion PDF, and any bonuses, straight away and in full. Because it's delivered instantly and in its entirety, it can't be returned once you have access.

Everything that's included is set out on this page, so you can make an informed decision before you buy. And if there's anything you want to check first, just get in touch and I'll be happy to help.
